The Yoga Diver PADI Distinctive Specialty will teach you to experience diving in a new way. It will teach you breathing skills, pre- and post-dive stretching, relaxation and mental skills that will elevate your scuba diving experience without a doubt.
Coming from a fast-paced, high-stress environment, the ocean is the perfect place to ease our minds and rest our souls. Scuba Diving can be a restorative experience on its own. By adding Yoga to the experience we will show you a whole new way to enjoy and experience the ocean.
You can expect to see an improvement in your air consumption, a better way to prepare your body for your dives, a new perspective on the underwater experience and an overall great way to spend your diving day.
Count on 2 days to complete this course. On day 2 a healthy vegetarian lunch is included.
